Janine Maris, LCSW I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience in the field. I graduated with my master’s degree in Social Work from New York University. I offer individual, couple’s and group therapy to adults in need, as well as clinical supervision to all levels of social workers. I utilize a multidisciplinary approach to therapy, exploring each individual’s biological, sociological and psychological needs. In my work I have developed a passion to come along side of my clients, and walk with them as they explore and repair their lives, making significant, lasting change. As a social worker, the single most important part of my job is building trust and helping my clients believe in themselves so they can move forward and lead the healthy and happy lives they deserve.
Rita Lawler, LCSW I am an LCSW as well as a Licensed Clinical Supervisor with over 25 years working with people from all walks of life. Throughout my career I have helped people through their issues, by using a trust building strength based approach. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults. My areas of focus include; Trauma, PTSD, LGBTQ+, Anxiety, Depression, Attachment issues and Bipolar Disorder. I received my Masters degree from New York University and a Specialist certification in Infant Mental Health from Montclair State College.

My clinical approach heavily draws upon the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) / DBT, and Solution Focused Therapy to help individuals and couples to live the quality of life that they deserve. Donna Limmert, LCSW I am a Licensed Social Worker providing therapy to "tweens", adolescents and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma. I also work with individuals on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum as they explore gender and sexuality concerns. I strive to provide a safe, nurturing environment using a variety of strategies depending upon the individual client's needs, with an emphasis on grounding/mindfulness, CBT and strengths based approaches.
Colleen Ritzer I am a person centered counselor, my therapeutic approach focuses on meeting an individual where they are, and working along side them as they get to where they want to be. I have 15+ years experience working with young children , as well as experience working with adults struggling through everyday stresses, anxiety, and depression. My main therapeutic focus is to promote purposeful conversations through play therapy, and problem solving skills for children, and mindfulness and self reflection for adults. Through our work together, the individual will begin to take control of their lives, their mental health and their overall well being.
Thurka Gnanasakthy I am a Licensed Social Worker who offers individual, couple’s and family therapy to adults ages 22 and up. I graduated with my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I also focus on the Strength Based Approach to help increase confidence. Being a woman of color, I am able to relate closely with various cultures and help navigate through challenges as our world changes. I enjoy working with my clients and challenging them to navigate this road we call life.
