“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”
― Maya Angelou

Who We Are

Janine Maris, LCSW - In-Person and Telehealth
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience in the field.  I graduated with my master’s degree in Social Work from New York University.  I offer individual, couple’s and group therapy to adults in need, as well as clinical supervision to all levels of social workers.  I utilize a multidisciplinary approach to therapy, exploring each individual’s biological, sociological, and psychological needs.  In my work I have developed a passion for coming alongside of my clients and walking with them as they explore and repair their lives, making significant, lasting changes. As a social worker, the single most important part of my job is building trust and helping my clients believe in themselves so they can move forward and lead the healthy and happy lives they are seeking.

Samantha Reilly, LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, providing individual, couples, and family therapy to all populations, with a specialty in children and adolescents.

Gail Roffe, LCSW - Telehealth
I am a strengths-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing a compassionate and non-judgmental culture of care for the treatment of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, relationship issues and life transitions. My clinical approach heavily draws upon the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solutions to help individuals and couples to live the quality of life that they deserve through sustainable change. Sessions are currently conducted on a confidential audio-visual platform, allowing individuals to participate from the comfort, convenience and privacy of their own home. I look forward to taking the journey with you.

Donna Limmert, LCSW - In-Person and Telehealth
I am a Licensed Social Worker providing therapy to "tweens", adolescents, and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma. I also work with individuals on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum as they explore gender and sexuality concerns. I strive to provide a safe, nurturing environment using a variety of strategies depending on the individual client's needs, with an emphasis on grounding/mindfulness, CBT, and strengths-based approaches.

Colleen Ritzer, LAC- In-Person and Telehealth
I am a person-centered counselor; my therapeutic approach focuses on meeting an individual where they are, and working alongside them as they get to where they want to be.  I have 15+ years of experience working with young children, as well as experience working with adults struggling with everyday stresses, anxiety, and depression. My main therapeutic focus is to promote purposeful conversations through play therapy, problem-solving skills for children, and mindfulness and self-reflection for adults. Through our work together, the individual will begin to take control of their lives, their mental health, and their overall well-being.

Amanda Gannon, LSW - In-Person and Telehealth
I am a licensed social worker with over a decade of experience in therapeutic and supportive roles. As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in supporting adults and children through individual, family and couples counseling. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a holistic perspective, ensuring a well-rounded and compassionate path to healing. My commitment is to create a safe, affirming space where individuals can explore and address your unique needs. Together, we’ll work towards growth and resilience in a supportive and empathetic environment. Feel free to reach out to begin your journey toward well-being.
